Generally we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If you order contains multiple products types, they may be dispatched separately to get them to you quicker.

You will receive emails from our system letting you know when your order has been dispatched to you, followed by a tracking link when available.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@thecumbrianway.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is damaged, you do not need to return it to us, but you must provide photographic evidence of the damage to sales@thecumbrianway.com.

Once we have confirmed that a product is damaged or defective when delivered, or was delivered in error, we will refund you the price paid for the product, plus your original delivery costs (except where you are returning only some products from an order) and the cost of returning the product to us.

All refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain products, such as products stated on the website to be non-returnable or products which have been personalised.

You will receive emails from our system letting you know when your order has been ‘completed’ and dispatched to you.

You will then receive a second email containing a tracking link so you can keep updated with its progress (except greeting cards as they are usually sent by standard post).

In the event you have entered the wrong shipping address or if you wish to change it, please email us at sales@thecumbrianway.com as soon as possible and make sure you update your address on your account dashboard

If you receive any incorrect items within your order, or if your order is incorrect. Please email us at sales@thecumbrianway.com, ensuring you provide your order number and the incorrect items you received.
